We encourage tutors to cancel or book sessions at least 12 hours in advance. If you need to cancel your session within 12 hours of your session beginning please send us an email notifying us of the cancellation at Dr.Lamas@medtalkpro.com. A full refund and cancellation will be issued accordingly.

Our tutors are required to wait for 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, if you are not signed into your session before the first 10 minutes are up, the session will be cancelled and no refund will be issued. We ask our students to wait for up to 10 minutes for your tutor. If your tutor doesn't show up to the scheduled session you will be issued a full refund.

To book a session, follow these steps: 1. Create an account with MedTalk Pro 2. Click on Book Now 3. Choose your MedTalk session 4. Choose when you would like to have your session. 5. Fill out your details and tell us what you would like to work on in the session. 6. Enter your payment information 7. Receive your email confirmation.

You gain 10 Talking Points just for signing up to MedTalk Pro! You can also gain 10 Talking Points for every 30 minute MedTalk and 20 Talking Points for every 60 minute MedTalk. Once you receive 100 Talking Points, you will be awarded a free 30 minute MedTalk Session.
